What a phenomenal story and an even more phenomenal relationship between a man and an eagle! Each did everything in their power to help the other live and, I believe, to show the world that if we all work together toward one goal we can accomplish anything. Dear Jeff and Freedom,

My name is Maegen Jenkins, I’m 22 and live in Coffs Harbour Australia.

I recently read an email sent to me by a friend about u both. I believe in the things u told in your story. I believe eagles with hold many wonderful powers and it is amazing that Freedom found you in his life and you both created a friendship that would last for life.

Not many people would take the time and effort to help a poor injured animal like you have done and i am so glad i got to read your story.

Eagles are my 2nd fav animal and a few years ago i got to embrass one in my hand at the Singapore bird Zoo and i forfilled a dream i thought i never would get the opportunity to do.

I take great respect for what u both have achieved and it just proves that if you help another you will get it in return as you and Freedom have shown.

Thankyou for your story it is very moving and a priveledge to read.
